ORIGINAL YARDAGE – 19thc BUFF CRESENT MOONS & FLORAL ANTIQUE VINTAGE COTTON FABRIC – 24 ½” WIDE!
Classic 1870–1880 buff or taupe brown calico fabric printed with charming crescent moon & floral design…..this is a medium scale pattern very typical of this era.
The piece of fabric being sold in this auction measures 24½” selvage to selvage x 18” (half a yard).
I have (12) of these available to sell and can keep up to (4) in a single uncut long length measuring two yards if you prefer.
Please bid on the quantity of half yards you wish to purchase.
This is original antique yardage in excellent & unfaded condition which came from a very lightly used comforter.
This fabric has been laundered & pressed: it is clean & without significant stains or odours…..it would suit quilt restoration and repair, fabric for setting blocks or as a backing for a sweet crib or doll’s quilt.
